How to list child pages in Confluence Cloud automatically?

Hey all! We have several parent pages in Confluence Cloud with tons of sub-pages, and manual indexing is becoming a nightmare to keep updated. Is there a macro or quick solution to automatically display a table of contents for all child pages?
