Their whatsapp crm integration feels native inside AmoCRM: open lines sync perfectly, broadcasts go out smoothly, and bots handle first-touch communication. We especially liked how easy it was to send files and automate follow-ups. After switching to Whatcrm, our managers stopped juggling third-party apps and focused fully on closing deals.
