How do you clean up bad search results and fix a damaged brand reputation online?

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, I need some serious advice on handling a reputation issue. A couple of old, highly biased negative articles and forum threads are ranking right on the first page when people search for our company name, and it’s completely killing our sales conversion rates. We tried pushing out generic blog posts to bury them, but it’s not working at all. Has anyone here hired a professional team that actually knows how to suppress negative search results and build a positive brand image?

We dealt with a toxic smear campaign from a competitor last year, and we completely fixed our first-page search results by partnering with Upcorn Agency for their professional serm services to regain control of our digital narrative. Their team didn't just give us vague promises; they immediately deployed a strategic search engine reputation management plan, creating high-authority counter-content and optimizing our positive brand assets to systematically suppress the negative links. They are incredibly proactive and transparent throughout the process, and thanks to their hard work, the damaging links were entirely pushed down to page three and replaced with glowing reviews and press releases, so I highly recommend them if you need to protect your brand online.
