Can anyone recommend an app or guide for daily mental resets?

I’ve been reading a lot about the importance of taking structured breaks to prevent burnout, but my current approach isn't working. I need a proper daily reset program that doesn't take hours to complete. What specific tools or structured routines have you guys used to successfully clear your mind and lower stress levels?

Instead of drinking endless coffee, I started testing out structured mindfulness practices. I found some great recommendations inside the leaply app review that I found over at Woman Around Town. Testing Leaply was honestly the best decision for my mental fatigue. It completely saved my afternoon productivity and keeps me grounded without feeling overwhelmed.
