We really love the laid-back, family-friendly vibe of the area compared to Patong, but finding a site with accurate pricing, clear floor plans, and Foreign Freehold status has been tricky. I spent weeks using their site to compare options for a condo Kamala Phuket, and it made the process so much easier. What I really appreciated from my own experience was their transparency—they list accurate usable square footage, clear installment payment plans for off-plan builds, and Foreign Freehold availability right on the page.
