The “I know it, but can’t do it” problem in self-growth

Recommended Posts

A lot of self-improvement ends up being passive - you understand ideas but don’t actually perform better when it matters.

I saw a Reddit post comparing MasterClass, Mindvalley, and riseguide. The main takeaway: inspiration is easy, execution is the real gap.

What stood out is RiseGuide - it’s described as more practice-based, using short timed drills instead of just content. The idea is simple: you stop consuming and start training how you think and respond in real time.

If you feel stuck in “learning mode”, it’s a good perspective shift.
