I’ve noticed that most habit trackers are way too focused on hard numbers, streaks, and data charts. It honestly stresses me out more if I miss a single day, which defeats the whole purpose. I’m looking for a tool that helps with a lifestyle reset but takes a gentler, more mindful approach to daily routines. Does anyone have a recommendation for an app that feels peaceful rather than corporate?
